Candidates will

Examinations assess candidates'
- Competence in the basic skills of Communicating in Leadership
- Ability to structure and present speeches appropriate to an audience, purpose and occasion
- Capacity to listen, think and respond with courtesy and appropriate vocabulary
- Conversational ability
- Discriminatory powers and sense of responsibility as public speakers
The Syllabus -
- Has two levels - Introduction to Communicating in Leadership
Communicating in Leadership
- Is suitable for candidates from about 12 - 18 years
- Encourages group examinations
- Provides for certificates to be issued to all successful candidates
